Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Customer Experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives that enhance our buyers’ experience. This role will focus on improving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through seamless purchasing experiences, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the customer experience product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Own and manage the end-to-end customer journey, from product discovery to post-purchase support, reducing friction and improving engagement.
- Use data, customer insights, and market research to prioritize and deliver impactful features that improve AOV, conversion rates, and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and launch user-friendly features.
- Improve personalization and recommendation engines, leveraging AI/ML where applicable.
- Optimize navigation, search/recommendations, PDP, add to cart, checkout, and post-purchase experience, including order tracking, refunds, and support.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to measure and improve customer experience KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and retention.
- Stay ahead of AI, eCommerce, and marketplace trends, identifying innovative ways to enhance customer experience.
Job requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplaces, eCommerce, or SAAS.
- Strong background in customer experience, UX optimization, data analysis, and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven personalization is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
