Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our campaign marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve our business goals (focusing on customer acquisition). The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, be data-driven, and have a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates through digital channels. Track and optimize lead acquisition journey and new customer journey.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Email Marketing: Create, deploy, and manage email campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed for list segmentation, deliverability, and A/B testing.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic search traffic. Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Livestream operation: Manage all technical aspects of livestream production, ensuring high-quality video and audio output.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Marketing Automation: Work with Tech team to build marketing automation flow, utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across all channels.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, ZNS, SMS, etc).
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Basic skills with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
