Job Summary:
The Inbound Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all inbound activities within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Management:
• Directing, Managing & Motivating the allocated team members
• Supervise and coordinate the receipt, inspection, and put-away of incoming pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics departments to optimize inbound processes. - Mentorship and Training:
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to the less experienced pharmacist candidate, focusing on warehouse operations, product handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. - Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Address any issues or conflicts promptly and effectively. - Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all inbound activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain product integrity.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product handling and storage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
