Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our recruitment strategy and attract top talent. This role requires a blend of tech-savviness, strategic thinking, and a business partner mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience in multinational corporations or large enterprises but will thrive in a startup-like setting.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for the region to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Analyze regional recruitment trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including local job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates within the region.
  • Build and maintain a regional talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.

 Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with regional HR and department leaders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with regional business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional hiring managers to create job descriptions and selection criteria for open positions.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience

  • Enhance the candidate journey from application to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand within the region by enhancing the candidate experience and participating in local community and industry events.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the region.
  • Collaborate on content and campaigns to highlight Buymed’s culture and values.

Technology and Innovation

  • Integrate the latest recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and improve recruitment performance.

Recruitment Operations

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters across multiple locations, ensuring they meet recruitment objectives and maintain high-performance standards.
  • Track and analyze regional recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on regional recruitment activities and outcomes for senior leadership, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition with experience in MNCs or large enterprises.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is desirable.
  • Proven track record in talent mapping and improving recruitment outcomes.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in ATS, recruitment software, and HR tech platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analytics/ data story telling.
