The Key Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of account management principles, and experience in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a portfolio of key accounts (largest pharmacies nationwide), ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within key accounts. Work closely with pharmacies purchasers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for increasing account profitability and satisfaction.
- Secure & Achieve Target, monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., customer service, marketing, finance) to deliver the best solutions for key accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives for management review.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior account managers or support staff as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s in business administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Have relationships with Largest Pharmacies nationwide or Specific area
- Experience in key account management, retail pharmacy operations, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategic growth plans.
- Proficiency in using business management software and CRM tools.
- At least 5 years of experience in Key Account or related experience.
- Priority candidate who closed relationship with large pharmacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power BI is plus.
