Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Planning & Analyst | Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting Circa business by delivering analytical insights, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and managing strategic projects to drive key business outcomes. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and good communication skills to align and execute initiatives contributing to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling

• Develop and maintain Circa and FS pharmacy financial models to forecast and analyze the impact of various commercial initiatives, including transactions, ABV, revenue, gross margin, trade rebate and operating expenses as well as profitability analysis and return on investment. Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
• Prepare and manage store financial models for site selection approval regarding new Circa owned pharmacies and new FS pharmacies.

Business Performance Reporting

• Monitor the daily store revenue performance. Prepare regular store P&L reports on weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor commercial operations including performance dashboards, SKU & category performance analysis, and trend reports.
• Communicate key findings and insights to the Retail Operations Director and senior management.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the store operations, marketing, commercial and supply chain teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and provide financial guidance on various initiatives.

Capex & Opex Control

• Manage and control Capex budget approval process
• Manage and control Opex budget approval process.

Corporate reporting:

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual Company management reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and constantly improve on monthly management reports
• Lead the preparation of financial presentations for the executive team.

Adhoc Analysis and other tasks:

• Perform SKU & Category performance analysis
• Monitor inventory levels and expiry date, inventory losses.
• Any other analysis and other tasks assigned by Corporate Finance Manager and CFO.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analyst, or Audit Senior
• Proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, etc. is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports for the CFO and Managers.
• Bilingual fluency in written and oral communication in English is a must
• High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
