Job Description

  • Onboard new sellers/vendors onto the platform and assist them in setting up their accounts, understand their distribution needs, and fit with ours
  • Provide ongoing support to sellers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Educate sellers on best practices for product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques
  • Monitor the assigned category for growth and margin; maximize available to purchase time.
  • Conduct regular market studies and invest in relationships to have a deep understanding of the assigned category
  • Develop and manage relationships with sellers/vendors, and act as the link between sellers and our eB2B marketplace
  • Manage sellers/vendors, and negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Business, or a related field
  • A deep understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels is a plus
  • Strong relationship development and management skills
  • Proactive, confident, and able to work under high pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
