The Management Trainee Program at Buymed offers a structured pathway for ambitious graduates to gain comprehensive experience and insight into Healthtech and retail pharmacy management. The program spans two years, beginning with a 6-month intensive training at Circa, a part of the Buymed Group, focusing on franchise retail pharmacy management.
Key Responsibilities:
Initial Phase (First 6 Months):
- Work at Circa to acquire foundational skills in managing franchise retail pharmacy stores.
- Gain expertise in operational processes, technology integration, and customer service excellence.
- Participate in hands-on training to understand the complexities of retail pharmacy management.
Subsequent Phases (18 Months):
- Rotate through various departments within Buymed, including operations, product development, marketing, and customer success.
- Participate in hands-on training to understand the complexities of retail pharmacy management.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to support company goals.
- Collaborate with teams to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvements.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance our offerings.
- Participate in leadership development activities, workshops, and mentorship programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- GPA of at least 3.0/4.0.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
