Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture
- Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing them with detailed candidate profiles and feedback
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Promote the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives, career fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
