Job Summary:
The Outbound Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating outbound operations in the warehouse. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceuticals and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Operations:
• Directing, Managing & Motivating the allocated team members
• Manage the daily outbound process, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of pharmaceutical products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are available for shipment.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure smooth delivery of orders. - Team Management:
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve maximum productivity.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Address performance issues promptly and effectively. - Quality Control:
• Ensure that all outbound products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for outbound operations.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
