Job Description:
- Payroll: Process monthly to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- SHUI: Manage related operations such as increases, decreases, and regulatory records.
- Compare C12 monthly to ensure accurate cost payments
- PIT: Register tax codes for new employees, submit necessary documents promptly, and handle monthly and annual tax declarations
- Labor contracts: Monitor contract renewals and terminations, ensuring timely execution of employment contracts
- Maintain employees’ profiles and data systematically in both hard and soft copies
- Manage and execute exit procedures efficiently
- Prepare and submit annual reports in compliance with regulations
- Support Total Rewards initiatives
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the HR Operations Manager
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a C&B Specialist
- Understanding of labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance regulations, and related statutes
- Experienced in payroll management and HR system-based timekeeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical skills, with a diligent and strategic work approach
- Proficient in efficiently organizing and managing work
- Enthusiastic about learning, open to innovation, and committed to continuous improvement
- Motivated to excel in a dynamic work environment
