Buymed is a leading Healthtech company in Southeast Asia, our Management Trainee Program is a two-year journey designed to fast-track your career to develop future leaders in health technology and retail pharmacy management. During the first six months, you will gain hands-on experience at Circa, our franchise stores. This phase will focus on understanding the operational, technological, and customer service aspects of retail pharmacy management. Followed by rotations across various projects within Buymed’s back office. Additionally, trainees will have the opportunity to rotate to Buymed’s Southeast Asia offices, broadening their understanding of regional markets and business strategies. This immersive experience is aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of strategic decision-making and high-level management.
