E-Commerce Manager

  Job Description: As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales and presence, optimizing our sales strategies, and enhancing user experiences. You will help us maintain compliance with healthcare regulations while maximizing our platform’s effectiveness.  
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic online marketing plans to increase sales and revenue.
– Manage website operations including content management, product listing, and user interface, ensuring all components are up-to-date and function effectively.
– Collaborate with Tech and Data Analytics teams to optimize website performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure platform security.
– Oversee the integration of supply chain and inventory management systems to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.Monitor and analyze market trends within the pharmaceutical industry to stay ahead of competition.
– Ensure compliance with all applicable health regulations and maintain standards for selling pharmaceuticals online.
– Liaise with vendors and pharmaceutical companies to negotiate contracts and secure the best prices for products.
Lead customer service initiatives to improve client satisfaction and handle escalated issues related to order fulfillment or product quality.
Coordinate with the legal department to ensure all online activities are compliant with privacy laws and e-commerce regulations.
Prepare and manage the budget for the e-commerce department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
 
Job Requirements
·          Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
·          Minimum of 5 years experience in e-commerce, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
·          Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce technologies.
·          Proficient in the use of e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
·          Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
·          Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory environment is essential.
·          Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
