Software Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects in our healthtech platform development, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets if needed.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage project teams, and ensure all team members are working effectively towards project goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
  • Progress & Result Monitoring: 
    – Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    – Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
    – Join the deployment activities, collect & analyze real result data, and propose new improvement phases.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project analyses.
  • Leadership: Motivate and guide project team members. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management. Proven track record of successfully managing software projects with over 50,000 MAU (Monthly Active Users) products.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
