Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for Buymed’s exclusive product lines such as medicated oil, and topical analgesics.
- Craft and implement innovative e-detailing strategies for pharmacists, incorporating virtual product demonstrations, engaging digital content, and bespoke B2B experiences.
- Showcase and manage product displays to optimize portfolio visibility and market impact.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and marketing agencies to enhance brand reputation.
- Design and enforce a cohesive pricing strategy across various sales channels, ensuring competitive positioning in retail pharmacies, and key chain partnerships.
- Drive marketing efforts underpinned by solid data analytics to refine e-detailing tactics, to exceed traditional marketing benchmarks.
- Coordinate with brand stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and market penetration, tailoring advertising initiatives to target consumer bases.
- Guarantee that all marketing activities align with Advertising and Promotion (A&P) policies and uphold quality standards that meet regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in product marketing with a strong focus on strategic planning and pricing in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Understanding of market segmentation, pricing models, and value proposition development.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and ability to interpret market trends and customer insight to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
- Business acumen, data-driven mindset, and ability to work with minimal guidance are highly valued
